Explanation of our Level System
Our staff works on a Level System which measures experience, and years of dedication. Those at higher experience have a high client demand and continuous education behind them. However, you can feel confident that all Designers at every level, have been educated in all methods with a strong emphasis on service and client consideration.
Salon Dolce Vita Cancellation Policy
Effective September 1st, 2020
To protect our business and staff we require a credit card number to hold your appointment. To ensure you don’t incur a 50% fee, please
call to cancel 24 hours in advance. No shows will incur a 100% fee. Please make sure your mobile number is up to date with us so that you
may receive an appointment reminder via text. Appointment reminders are a courtesy we extend, we also strongly recommend marking your appointment on your phone or calendar.
